Charity Fund Raising

Parents Magazine will cooperate with Gymboree(Beijing) JianWai SOHO Flagship Center and CFFPA to launch the Used Toy Auction and Kids Flea Market.

We will entrust all the proceeds to CFFPA to purchase garments to give to the less fortunate pregnant women and to those women who just recently gave birth in Yulong County Yunnan Province。Only 100 RMB will keep them warm this winter and future winters to come.

Description:

Children who attended the activity will receive some souvenirs from CFFRA.

The Used Toy Auction

Participating families should bring a used toy which is still in good workable condition to SOHO center before November 26 to be given to our reception. Toys should value from 50-100yuan.

Instructors will model and demonstrate on how to play with the toy then a starting bid will be stated by the auctioner. Then parents can bid for the toy that their kids want. Toys that are not sold during the event will be repurchase by the family who brought it in order to raise more funds for the charity.

The Kids Flea Market

Kids from 2 years above will engage in the toy flea market selling by pretending to be sellers and persuade customers to buy their toys. Each seller should bring 5 used toys and clothing. This is a great opportunity to teach your child about the concept of money.

All money will go directly to CFFPA.
